What do clients see when they try to contact us on from our websites? Most will fill a simple contact form which includes generic information such name, email and an open text box for the purpose of the contact.
It is a simple solution that allows us to connect with clients and try to start a conversation. Sometimes, the client’s comments have significant details about what they need; however, most times the messages are not very focused. This typically leads to a guessing game in our attempt to assist them and provide great customer service(s).
What if there was a way of getting more information from prospective clients that would allow us to focus on their specific needs. Instead of a simple contact form, some companies have a specialize form to be filled out which offers a greater sense of what the clients’ needs are.
This is good start, but clients barely ever fill in the text box with anything meaningful or effective. We could vastly improve this process by imbedding some specific and simple questions which the client answers by clicking premade responses.
