Employee Engagement is a very important task and sometimes can get left by the waistside. One of the many benefits of being part of a unique team of JitsutechPRO’s is the ability to gain time sensitive feedback using the FactFinder Solution. In this posting, I will continue on the topic of Employee Engagement and offer you another template that is Mobile Friendly.

But first, I have an additional comment from last weeks posting. Specifically, I wanted to address the simple question of “what are the best way(s) to measure employee engagement?”. From my decades of organizational leadership and management experience, I believe that the following are the best methods:

• Short Trivia Quizzes (3-5 Questions);
• One to One Interviews or Talks; And
• The all important Net Promoter Score.

Clearly, the objective is to ensure that I consistently understand the vibe or pulse within the office environment. I have spent some time and tailored a Quiz to the last guest speaker and a couple specific details of the office environment. It can allow me to see who is “really” engaged with a few simple questions.

To really get the juices flowing, I input a 45 second timer (stimulation) with correct answer scoring (competition) and would normally offer a small prize for a high response rate (reward).
