Business Coaching – it Really can make a Difference!

I have heard many times that business coaching is a total waste of time. I absolutely disagree with this mindset and would like to address it in my posting today.

Business coaching is not about motivation it is about opening ones’ eyes to make intelligent decisions. Looking at business systems, technology and finance with a critical lens is very important. Of course, one could argue that there is there is more to it than that, but as I always say, “You have to start somewhere”.

Here is a short list of what I believe a business coach can do for your organization:

1. Help you deal with a major crisis in an effective manner;

2. Open your eyes to the blinds spots that you cannot see; And

3. Empowering you or your employees to achieve maximum success.

I subscribe to a variety of websites, blogs and forums to inform me of good articles or topics and I wanted to share one from the Center for Management and Organizational Effectivenss (CMOE).
