Critical Thinking is Critical
Technology provides us with masses of information, but the ability to analyze it is just as important as the information itself. Being able to make the data work for you is vital. It is imperative to use Critical Thinking in order to make the data work for you. Critical Thinking is the process of objectively analyzing data in order to create an informed opinion.
We often rely upon anecdotal experience or feedback to guide us; however, the flaw in this approach is that this type of information is subjective and often self-serving. We typically only see or hear the responses we are seeking in the first place. Many entrepreneurs often ignore critical feedback as ‘noise’ or unwelcome negativity when in fact it is probably an indication of a need for change. The best way to avoid this is to obtain as much objective feedback as possible without emotion or bias.
Canadian Hosted Surveys can be a purely objective means of learning what your clients are thinking; however, cookie-cutter questionnaires don’t get you the answers you need. You require specific information and the best means of realizing this is to create your own specific questions. Avoid numbering (1-5) and provide specific, easy to understand terms which interconnect ideas and define the relationships between topics. Proper setup will assist greatly with aggregating the results efficiently and allow you to make the best use of your Canadian Hosted Survey results.
The FactFinder Solution powered by Jitsutech enables you to gather objective information quickly and efficiently. Also, the Canadian Hosted Survey Platform provides you with the tools to ethically collect, sort, and analyze client feedback with automatic reporting.
