FactFinder has the unique ability to track both Submitted and Non Submitted Data. Clearly, submitted data is populated for those respondents who filled in your survey or any other project and clicked the Submit Button at the end of your template. The non submitted data is populated for you as the user to see how many respondents clicked on your survey or any other project link and didn’t fill in any of the questions. It can definitely help in understanding your click through rate.

Instructions

Step One: click into the data tab on the left colum

Step Two: select what type of file you would like to download

Step Three: the export language will always be set as defaulted as English

Step Four: click the export button and your file will appear based on your Web Browser
